Team

Hi, we’re Ashley Alden and Sarah Sitz, co-founders of The Squeeze. Together we bring over 25 years of marketing experience, pairing Ashley’s data-driven precision with Sarah’s instinctive creativity. Before launching The Squeeze, we worked with standout brands including Foxtrot, Grubhub, Cars.com, and American Eagle, and helped bring more than 100 private-label products to life. Based in Chicago, we bring a strategic, hands-on approach to marketing leadership and brand growth.

The Squeeze began as a small consulting experiment and quickly grew into a boutique agency rooted in big ideas and scrappy execution. Our backgrounds inside both established companies and growing startups gives us a clear understanding of how to build strong foundations, scale effectively, and create marketing that resonates.

Beyond our professional story, we’re both moms who know firsthand the challenge of balancing ambitious business goals with family life. That perspective fuels how we show up for founders, especially female entrepreneurs, offering not just strategy and execution but empathy, clarity, and genuine partnership. We specialize in CMO services, brand strategy, and marketing execution for growing businesses.
